Stuti Agarwal used to be a journalist with The Times Of India but she had to quit her job once she had her first kid and moved abroad. Once, she got the hang of motherhood, she started helping other moms voluntarily. When she became a mom for the second time, she thought of writing about her parenting journey and that's how her blog Mombae.blogger was born.

She writes about breastfeeding, baby-wearing, baby-led weaning, gentle, attachment and sustainable parenting. She also puts snippets from day to day of her parenting journey on her blog. Her is Aggarwal in her own words.

Goal:

My goal is to help new moms parent in an informed manner and let them know that they aren't alone in this journey of motherhood.

Challenges of being an entrepreneur:

I think the biggest challenge of being an entrepreneur is to juggle between my work and my family. It is difficult to parent two kids under 3 years of age, look after each of their needs, and then create content. However, I try my best to post regularly on my page.

Start Small, here's why:

I think one major advantage of starting a small business is that I wasn't weighed down by people's expectations. Also, it gave me a lot of scope and options to experiment.

Advice to aspiring women entrepreneurs:

1. Be passionate, follow your dreams and don't fall into the expectations people build of you.
2. Enjoy what you do. Life is too short to be boring and staid.
3. Be honest with your work. For that's how you are honest with yourself.
