What are the key challenges you faced in this journey?
One of the primary challenges I faced was overcoming gender bias in the real estate industry. When I transitioned from jewellery design to real estate, I encountered skepticism from peers and clients alike, who often didn’t take me seriously. People would bypass me and seek validation from male counterparts within the company. This bias only strengthened my resolve to succeed.
Founding the CREDAI Rajasthan Women's Wing in 2019 was a turning point, as it provided a platform to empower women in real estate. My family’s unwavering support also played a critical role in overcoming these challenges, helping me pursue my passion with determination and confidence.
