Known as the Mother India of Indian cinema, Nargis was Raj Kapoor’s frequent co-star and one of his most iconic leading ladies. They collaborated in films like Awara” (1951), Shree 420 (1955), and Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hai (1963).

Vyjayanthimala

Vyjayanthimala starred alongside Raj Kapoor in Sangam(1964). It was a romantic film and was the first coloured film directed by Kapoor himself.
