A video of a woman acting possessed while the trailer for The Pope's Exorcist aired at a cinema theater has gone viral online. Swati Chaturvedi, a Twitter user, shared the video.

Assume you're in a movie theater watching a horror film when someone in the audience begins behaving as if they're possessed. Isn't this a terrifying situation? Something similar happened to these people as well. So, a video of a woman acting possessed while seeing a horror movie teaser in a theater is making the rounds on the internet. That, indeed, occurred.

Swati Chaturvedi, a Twitter user, tweeted the now-viral video. In the 30-second footage, a woman in a white gown can be seen crawling like a ghost while the trailer for The Pope's Exorcist plays in the background. In a snarling voice, the woman added, "Call the priest." Folks in the cinema theater were visibly terrified.

The caption of the post reads, "Ek toh itni horror movie, upar se aisa scary stunt. The marketing team took the scare factor to a whole new level." Needless to say, the video elicited a wide range of emotions from Twitter users, who swamped the comments section.

Meanwhile, The Pope's Exorcist is a 2023 American supernatural horror film directed by Julius Avery and starring Russell Crowe as Father Gabriel Amorth. Daniel Zovatto, Alex Essoe, and Franco Nero also star in the film. It is based on Amorth's memoirs, An Exorcist Tells His Tale and An Exorcist: Additional Stories. It was released in India on April 7, 2023, and is set to be released in the United States on April 14, 2023.
