Viral Video: Ukrainian Soldier Returns From The Frontline To Propose To His Girlfriend

A video of a Ukrainian soldier returning from the frontline and proposing to his girlfriend went viral on social media. The soldier, Roman Dobryak took to social media to share the video.

Dobrayak shared a video of the proposal on social media with the caption, "The soul flew to heaven! Full moon," with the emoji of a red heart.

Ukrainian Soldier Proposal Video Goes Viral

The video showed the soldier being supported as he walked over to his girlfriend turned fiance who was sitting blindfolded on a bench. Dobryak was being supported as he had lost his right leg. His fiance was sitting on a bench in front of a lake surrounded by friends and families.

As Dobryak got down on one knee and took out the engagement ring, a woman standing behind his to-be fiance removed the blindfold. Meanwhile, the surrounding friends and family used smoke flares to mark the occasion.

Dobryak slipped the finger onto his fiance's finger and was handed a giant bouquet of roses.

At the beginning of the video, viewers can see the friends and family of the couple wipe away their tears.

People took to the comment section to congratulate the newly engaged couple and said, "That is so beautiful".

The proposal video went viral and was viewed more than 2.3 million times, receiving almost 170,000 likes and more than 4 thousand comments. Ukrainian media outlets such as TSN.UA reported on the incident and interviewed the Ukrainian soldier and video creator Roman Dobryak.

A netizen commented, "What a beautiful love story these two" and ended the comment with heart emojis.
