UK journalist shared a heartwarming video on Twitter in which she received a special gift from her new friend in Tamil Nadu.
The video of travel journalist Alex Outhwaite went viral, in which she has been bonding with another woman from India. it continued to spread smiles on social media platforms. Outhwaite captioned it, “Making friends in Tamil Nadu." The video reflected the elderly Indian flourist lady, who was selling gajra (Jasmine tinsel). She not only gifted the beautiful white gajra to Outhwaite but also taught her how to tie it in the hair. In the background, as per the journalist- Apparently, the man in the background speaking in Tamil is saying to pin the flowers on properly so they don't fall.

The video opens to show her sitting in front of a roadside flower stall. The flower seller and the journalist end the video with both of them portraying beautiful smiles. These smiles won many views and likes since being uploaded. It has stashed over 6 lakh views and more than 36,000 likes. People also started pouring in various comments on the video.

Yes, we paid for the flowers - that's her business so of course, we did. Also no, I'm not a missionary. To quote my friend... "If Alex ever went to Lourdes she would burst into flames."
