A video of a conflict between a flight attendant and a passenger has gone viral on social media and netizens are debating the incident.
The viral video shows a dispute between an IndiGo flight attendant and a passenger on an Istanbul to Delhi flight. At one point, the passenger asked the flight attendant why she was yelling, to which she responded, "Because you are yelling at us. Sorry, sir, but you cannot speak to the crew in that manner. You are pointing fingers at me and yelling at me. My crew is crying because of you."
At one point, the passenger referred to her as a servant and the clip has divided the internet.

Netizens React To Flight Attendant-Passenger Dispute
While some netizens maintain that the flight attendant should have remained professional and should not have raised her voice, others are saluting her for standing up for herself and her fellow cabin crew.
Here's what netizens had to say about the incident.
One user took the flight attendant's side and tweeted, "Good for her for taking a stand and snapping at an obnoxious, entitled passenger".
Another netizen said that the flight attendant was "completely in the right" and added that she was standing up for her crew. The user also mentioned that at the beginning of the clip, the flight attendant could be seen kneeling so that she would not be the "intimidating one".
Another netizen said that the passenger had "driven her to the image" and added, "Imagine how he treats his domestic helpers or even family if he is displeased".
Meanwhile, others believed that the cabin crew member should have kept her cool and shouldn't have shouted at the passenger.
A user said that while the flight attendant was "justified", the cabin crew is trained to de-escalate situations and "losing one's temper in a customer facing role is a no-no".
Another Twitter user agreed and said there was no possible justification for the shouting. They wrote, "she is screaming and it's unacceptable. Period. No more justification."
