A video of the conflict between an IndiGo flight attendant and a passenger on an Istanbul to Delhi flight has since gone viral on social media. The passenger and the flight attendant got into a fight over the onboard meals. IndiGo was responsive enough as soon as the video appeared online.
Viral Video Shows Fight In IndiGo Crew And Passenger
Gurpreet Singh Hans, a Twitter user, tweeted clips of the incident. One of the cabin crew members was serving food to passengers when the aforementioned incident occurred, as seen in the video. The flight attendant then made an attempt to reason with the passenger and asked him to be courteous to the crew.
He yelled and screamed at the air hostess, telling her to "shut up," and she asked him to control his tone and stop addressing the crew in this way.

The passenger asked, "Why are you yelling, she responded, "Because you are yelling at us. Sorry, sir, but you cannot speak to the crew in that manner. While I respectfully listen to you, you also need to show consideration for the crew. You cannot speak to me in that manner. I am also an employee here. " Soon, another member of the cabin crew attempted to intervene and resolve the situation.
After the passenger in question referred to the air hostess as a "servant," the situation got worse. She responded, "Yes, I am an employee, I'm not your servant."
In contrast, IndiGo stated in a statement: "We are aware of the incident that occurred on flight 6E 12 on December 16, 2022, between Istanbul and Delhi. The problem had to do with the meals selected by some passengers using a codeshare connection. IndiGo is aware of its customers' needs, and it is our constant goal to give them a courteous and hassle-free experience. We are investigating the incident and want to reassure you that customer comfort has always come first. Our goal is to always give our customers the best experience."
According to the airline, when the passenger requested a sandwich, the crew informed him that they would see if it was possible to bring it on board. The air hostess started crying as a result of the man's yelling at her.
The video, however, has caused controversy online. While some users praised the IndiGo crew for their hard work, others claimed to have noticed a growing trend of the crew being impatient.
