In a video gone viral on Instagram, a retiring pilot from American Airlines can be seen giving his speech of gratitude, as he flies his last plane before retiring ceremonially.
His family and friends who sat in the cabin of the plane and his daughter who accompanied him in the cockpit as the co-pilot made the celebration super special.

Ceremonially ending his 32-year-long career with the airlines, he took hold of the announcing mic in the plane and quoted,
"This is my last day at American Airlines - 11,835 days."
He also acknowledges his family and friends sitting in the cabin, who are way too giddy and excited at their loved one's exceptional career milestone. They couldn't be happier for him. He playfully mocks their excitement on the mic saying,
"They've been a little rowdy, but we're going to have a good time and get you to Miami as fast as we can."
It was visible that the captain was embarrassed in the most adorable way possible, but his homie's reaction made the ceremony even more special.
