I've been here with the journey with Shaili for a number of years, and it's wonderful to see the positive part of women working together. The power of women when they work together is actually something that we don't use enough, and we don't have to listen to what people say that women don't support each other. We have to support each other.

Encouraging Women to Pursue Their Passions

Habibullah's message to women is one of empowerment and encouragement. She recounted the early days of Lucknow Farmers Market, stating, "I started Lucknow Farmers Market now 10 years ago, not with the idea of only working with women, but somehow most of the women working in the field of sustainability are women. So, what I have to say to women is if you have a passion, just go for it and you will find the way. You will find people along the way who will help you. Just follow your dreams and you can fulfill them. Every single woman can."

Her words resonate deeply, emphasizing the importance of pursuing one's passions and the strength found in sisterhood and solidarity.
