As a fitness instructor, Simi revealed that she often encounters women struggling with body image issues. "Even at 60 or older, they don't want their hips to be out there. They don't want their breasts exposed and seen. Why? Who hurt you?" she questions, advocating for self-acceptance and healing from past traumas. She emphasises the need to break generational patterns that perpetuate discomfort with one's body and self.

Simi shared why it is important to value empathy and forgiveness, stating, "We just need to be more empathetic and forgiving." These qualities can foster healing and understanding, allowing individuals to embrace their true selves.

The fitness coach, who is a mother herself, shared a heartwarming story about her mother, who, despite being unfamiliar with social media, supports her daughter's journey. "My mother is 80 and very active on social media," Simi says, adding that her mother's view on success is not about fame but about the impact one makes. "What breakthrough did you make? I said, Ma, I reinvented myself. Is that not enough?"
