Bride In 15Kg Of Lehenga Skates During Sangeet

A video of a bride surprising her soon-to-be-husband in her sangeet dancing on skates and spinning in a lehenga of 15 kilograms has gone viral.

A woman rolled her way to awestruck the internet with her viral video from her wedding. The "skater bride" performed to surprise her would-be-husband on her wedding Sangeet as her fiance knew she skated but had never seen her skate before.

On her wedding day, the skater bride Amareen Khuraana surprised her fiance and jaw-dropped all the guests with her magnificent performance. Khuraana surprised everyone in her special sangeet performance for husband-to-be Sahil Bhagat as she hid her roller skates under her lehenga that weighed 15kg.

Khuraana can be seen dancing to Sau Aasaman sung by Neeti Mohan and Armaan Malik from the movie Baar Baar Dekho. Khuraana starts by subtly grooving to the song and then suddenly showcasing her roller skates spinning in her heavy lehenga looking effortless, flawless and beautiful. The performance was power-packed and received great accolades while the internet is awestruck by Khuraana setting new bride goals.

Khuraana about her performance captioned in her post tells everyone how they balanced emotions and practicality to filter this performance to look beautiful and effortless on stage and the rest is history. She explained how it was a surprise for her husband-to-be Sahil Bhagat knew she skated but had never seen her skating before. Sahil can be seen hugging her after her performance as he was smiling throughout her performance in a video. 

The video has reached 3.5 million views and Khuraana also talked about her preparation. She said it required a lot of planning and her first move was asking her choreographers whether she could skate in a lehenga. Khuraana first learnt the choreography without skates, then practised the choreography with her skates on a concrete floor and later on a wooden floor. She also practised with spare lehengas and her Sangeet performance many times before performing on her big day.
