The disappearance of a young Indian techie and the discovery of her dead body in Oklahoma is making headlines recently. The young woman left for work on May 12 reportedly but she never got back home, after which her family filed a missing complaint.

The disappearance and death of Indian-American woman Lahari Pathivada have left her family and the country in shock. The woman was on her way to work when she was last seen by the locals but she never returned home after her shift. It was a day later when her dead body was discovered in Oklahoma. It is not yet known what caused her death or whether she went to work that day or not and whether she went missing on her way to work or on her way back home. Who Was Lahari Pathivada?

25-year-old Lahari Pathivada was from Kansas City and was living in Overland Park with her family. She went to Blue Valley West High School for education and graduated from the University of Kansas. She was currently employed at the Overland Park Regional Medical Centre and used to drive her black Toyota to work daily.

Her friends and family reportedly described her as a cheerful and bright person who was loved by all in the community because of her amiable nature. Her sudden death has left everyone shocked.

On May 12, as usual, she took her car and drove to work and was even spotted by a resident of McKinney in Texas' Collin County. However, she did not return home after her work ended which worried her family. They filed a missing complaint with the authorities. While searching for her whereabouts, McKinney Police Department tracked her phone and discovered her dead body in Oklahoma. They are currently investigating the case to know about the cause of her disappearance and what might have caused her death.

This is not the first disappearance and death case reported in Oklahoma. Recently this month, the police were investigating the disappearance of two teenagers and searching for them when they discovered seven dead bodies in Henryetta town which is about 90 miles from Oklahoma.
