Johnny Depp is reportedly in a relationship with Yulia Vlasova, a Russian beautician and model who is 33 years younger than him, according to The Daily Mail. The 61-year-old Hollywood star has been dating the 28-year-old in a "very casual" manner, as reported by the portal. 

The relationship is described as “nothing serious,” with the pair meeting occasionally over the past few years. Depp has been leading a “quiet life” in the UK since winning his defamation case against ex-wife Amber Heard in June 2022. Heard has since moved to Madrid with her 3-year-old daughter, Oonagh.

Depp and Vlasova first crossed paths in August 2021 at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in Prague, where Vlasova is based. She owns a makeup and hairstyling studio in Prague but often travels to the UK, where Depp currently lives.

Although Vlasova has not officially commented on the nature of their relationship, she had reportedly hinted at it before. Earlier this year, Vlasova shared a photo on her Instagram Story showing their hands resting on each other’s legs, according to The Daily Mail. The picture was in response to a follower who asked about her "favourite actor." “JD. He is incredibly talented and inspiring,” she wrote across the image.

Recently, Depp and Vlasova were photographed looking cosy at the London Heliport. Depp was casually dressed in jeans. He carried a guitar in one hand and a tumbler in the other. Vlasova wore a black cropped T-shirt and matching sweatpants.

Following the news of their relationship, Vlasova on July 15 posted a statement on her Instagram Story in Czech, asking, “Friends, I ask you to refrain from giving any interviews to journalists concerning me and my personal life. Your understanding and respect for my privacy will be appreciated.”

The couple has been seen together on several occasions, including at a concert in Prague in July 2022, honouring Depp’s late friend, Jeff Beck. Photos from the event showed Depp and Vlasova posing playfully, with one image capturing Depp kissing Vlasova’s cheek.

While the relationship remains casual, it appears Depp and Vlasova enjoy each other’s company and share a mutual respect for their privacy.
