Actor-model Nicola Peltz, 27, married Brooklyn Beckham, 23, soccer superstar David and Victoria Beckham's oldest son back in April. However, Page Six has learnt about a cold war brewing between Victoria and Nicola. A source close to the family told the magazine that the two 'can't stand each other.' Page Six further added, “They can’t stand each other and don’t talk. The build-up to the wedding was horrendous.”
Brooklyn married Nicola at her family’s estate in Palm Beach, Florida. For the big day, she wore a stunning Valentino gown featuring a floor-scraping train and long lace gloves with a beautiful white veil.
Who is Nicola Peltz?
The actor was born on January 9, 1995, to billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz and Claudia Heffner. Nelson is a founding partner of Trian Fund Management, which is an NYC-based alternative investment management company. She is one less of eight siblings all of whom grew up in Westchester County, New York.
She and her brother Will Peltz have similar Hebrew and Yiddish tattoos on their ribs. Will's says "family", which is written the same way in both Hebrew and Yiddish. Nicola's says "family first" in Yiddish
Alongside working as a model, Nicola scored her first role in the 2006 holiday film, Deck the Halls where she starred alongside Danny DeVito and Kristen Davis. She also appeared in a video for Miley Cyrus' 2008 song, 7 Things. She then joined the cast of Avatar spin-off, The Last Airbender, featuring alongside Noah Ringer and Dev Patel. Later, she scored a recurring role in the psychological thriller, Bates Motel, and in 2014, she starred in Transformers: Age of Extinction. Her most recent role was the 2020 holiday film, Holidate which also starred Emma Roberts and Luke Bracey. Next up, it was reported that Nicola will co-direct with The Florida Project actress Bria Vinaite the independent feature drama Lola James. The movie, written by Nicola, is set in 2002 America and will mark her directorial debut.
In a recent interview with Tatler, Nicola opened up about her fairytale wedding, ‘I had the best day. I just kept thinking, “I’m marrying my best friend.” And that’s all that matters.’
