Both models walked down the runway in glittering black and blue lingerie, joining the ranks of famous Victoria's Secret models like Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid, Tyra Banks, Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Behati Prinsloo, and Barbara Palvin.

Alongside them, Emira D’Spain, another transgender model associated with Victoria's Secret, watched the show from the front row. Their appearance signals a shift for the brand, which has long been criticised for lack of inclusivity.

A New Era for Victoria's Secret

Victoria's Secret has faced a wave of criticism in recent years for lacking body diversity and racial representation. Many former models also spoke out about the unrealistic beauty standards and harsh rules imposed on them. After years of declining viewership and backlash, the company has made efforts to revamp its image.

On its website, the brand emphasised its commitment to inclusivity. "Victoria’s Secret is focused on celebrating and supporting all women, and that won’t change anytime soon." The brand further noted that they aimed to deliver what their customers have been asking for. "We’re thrilled to share a women-led articulation of this iconic property later this year! "

The brand promised to reflect a modern perspective, focusing on inclusivity and representation while maintaining the glamour, fashion, and fun the show has always been known for. As the statement mentioned, this year’s event will “deliver precisely what our customers have been asking for—the glamour, runway, fashion, fun, wings, and entertainment—all through a powerful, modern lens reflecting who we are today."

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show went live on October 15, and fans can catch the event on Amazon Live and Prime Video, though a subscription will be required. Other platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, through Victoria's Secret's official channels, will also feature the show.
