Anigar Monesee's YouTube channel was named 'Motheranddaughter'. The US Police arrested the woman on Friday following the investigation that was initiated on receiving an email from PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals).

Before her arrest, Monesee uploaded a video titled "Cooking Lucky" where she can be seen slicing a chicken's neck using a kitchen knife in the sink while the distressed animal can be seen trying to flee the torture. However, the 2-minute-long video ended abruptly while Monesee commented on likes and viewers.

Timothy Bernhard, an Upper Darby Police Superintendent expressed his despondency over the shocking case as he said "The fact that you are soliciting and people are encouraging this is even more disturbing."

In other videos on her channel, Monsee can be seen torturing and mutilating other animals such as frogs, rabbits, chickens, and pigeons in a brutal and deliberate prolonged manner to make the torture more intense while some alleged that she deliberately used a "dull knife" to increase the intensity of the animal's sufferings.

In her videos, she is dismembering a living frog or plucking out the feathers of a pigeon before putting the bird's head under running water and then sawing it off. While under some of her content, there can also be seen sexualised comments by her viewers.

Bernhard also labelled the act as "barbaric" and expressed his shock as he said it is just "inhumane" that someone could do that, referring to Monesee, as her channel had over 20,000 subscribers.

Monesee is now under custody and has been charged with four counts of felony for aggravated cruelty to animals and is behind bars unable to pay a $200,000 bond over the alleged four incidents of crime while further investigation over other people's involvement is underway.

Meanwhile, Bernhard informed getting a tip from PETA over an email and expressed his gratitude to the organisation for enabling prompt action as he said "I have to tip my hat to PETA and applaud them for gathering the information and forwarding it to us."
