Who Is Allison Hsu?

Allison Hsu is a successful name in the music marketing world. According to her LinkedIn profile, she is currently the Senior Digital Marketing Director at Interscope Records. She started her journey at the company as an intern back in 2017, soon after completing her graduation from UCLA.

Hsu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, film, television, and digital media. Over the years, she has climbed the professional ladder at Interscope Records, working closely with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, and FINNEAS.

As part of her job, she manages the digital presence and marketing campaigns for these artists on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Her achievements and influence in the music industry earned her a spot on Forbes' 30 Under 30 list in 2022.

How Their Love Story Began

Simu Liu and Allison Hsu were first romantically linked in November 2022, when they were seen attending the Violent Night movie premiere in Los Angeles. Just a couple of weeks later, on December 2, Liu made their relationship Instagram official. He posted a photo of the two walking the red carpet together, confirming their romance. Since then, the couple have continued to share glimpses of their life together, from travelling to spending time on set.

In a 2023 interview with People magazine, Simu Liu opened up about how much Hsu has impacted his life. “I think she really just has taught me the value in so many things. She's absolutely changed my life, so I'm very, very grateful to have her,” he said.

He also shared, “She's really taught me that you have to fight for the time with the people that you love; she's really taught me that you need to be intentional and tend to each and every one of the relationships that matter to you.”
