Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas, have reportedly vacated their Los Angeles residence and initiated legal action against the seller. The once-luxurious abode turned into a nightmare when water damage triggered a mould infestation, prompting the couple, along with their daughter Malti Marie, to relocate to another property while repairs are underway.
According to a Page Six report, the actor and the singer went home after it became "practically uninhabitable." A lawsuit filed in May 2023 detailed issues stemming from "porous waterproofing" in the pool and spa area post-purchase, resulting in mould contamination and related problems. Further worsening the situation, a water leak surfaced in the barbecue area, causing damage to parts of the interior living space. The complaint underscored the dwelling's hazardous conditions, deeming it unfit for occupancy due to health concerns.
