Bionca Ellis, a 32-year-old woman who brutally murdered a three-year-old boy in a 'random act of violence' smirked in the court during her trial. The video of her insensitive behaviour has gone viral. Ellis had killed Julian Wood outside a grocery shop parking lot in Ohio. Her smile while facing murder charges in court has enraged the netizens.

As per the reports, "She almost laughed as Judge Nancy Margaret listed her charges: murder, aggravated murder, attempted murder, felonious assault, endangering children, tampering with evidence, and misdemeanour theft." Ellis is facing 10 counts of criminal charges and is potentially liable for a death sentence

The Video Of The Smirk Goes Viral 

The video of Ellis' smirk has raised eyebrows. The video posted by a news portal on Instagram has garnered several comments from social media users. Some people are demanding harsher punishment for Ellis while others are of the opinion that her mental state is not right. 

One user wrote, "Skip jail....straight to hell."

Another said, "This isn't normal. I pray she gets the help she needs."

A third user wrote, "Someone would have to restrain me if I was the parent because I don't know what I would do seeing her act like this." 

Reaction Of Julian's Parents 

On the other hand, deceased Julian Wood's parents are grieving their loss which they term as "everything". 

Jared Wood, the father of the 3-year-old, stated in the court, "There’s nothing that could ever replace my son." Margot Wood, the child's mother said, “Just do whatever you can to keep this monster behind bars." 

A Fundraiser For Julian

According to a fundraiser started by Julian's loved ones, during the attack, Margot was also injured.

The GoFundMe page said, "While Margot was opening the trunk of her car to put groceries away, the woman viciously attacked and stabbed both Margot and Julian." As per the reports, Ellis was arrested immediately after the incident. 

The fundraiser said, "This will be an incredibly long journey to recovery, but truthfully we will never recover - but we will continue to share stories about our beautiful baby boy, his laugh, his cheesy smile, his rambunctious attitude, his love of dinosaurs, his love of school, his obsession with his new baby sister and wrestling his big brother every chance he gets... and all the other beautiful things about that sweet little boy."
