Two days ago, Trudeau's picture with son Xavier was doing rounds on social media. He ventured out to catch a screening of Barbie alongside Xavier. In the picture, the father-son pair was seen sporting matching pink attire for their cinematic adventure. Trudeau's caption accompanying the photo read, "Proud members of Team Barbie."
Trudeau-Sophie Separation
On August 3, the Canadian Prime Minister announced his separation from wife Sophie. The two decided to separate after 18 years together, following significant and challenging discussions.
The couple, however, expressed their commitment to maintaining a strong and affectionate family bond in an Instagram message. They initially tied the knot in Montreal in 2005 and share three children.
A statement from Trudeau's office confirmed the signing of a separation agreement while assuring that the couple will continue to make public appearances.
Barbenhiemer
Oppenheimer and Barbie, both released on July 21, while the former, centred around the life of Robert J. Oppenheimer, often referred to as the 'father of the atomic bomb,' and Barbie, inspired by the iconic doll from Mattel toys, shared the spotlight. While Oppenheimer has amassed a global box office revenue exceeding $500 million, Barbie has achieved a remarkable $1 billion in collections.
