I am heartbroken and devastated, to say the least, especially while on leave with a 10-week-old. Further, she shared that although she was unsure of what was going to happen next, she coped with it and believed that things would eventually work out.
She explained that she was trying to wrap her head around what was going to happen next and how she was going to interview or work somewhere else at this moment, but she believed everything would work out, and she was excited to see what happened next.
Determined to restart her career, she urged people on LinkedIn to suggest better opportunities and invited connections. She asked people to keep her in mind if they knew of any staffing member roles in any industry or programme manager roles. She also asked people to reach out to her if they were looking for IC recruiters for any industries, as her team was heavily impacted but were incredible recruiters.

Another user wished her the best in her search for her next big thing, adding that even though it might be legal, it was shameful to inflict this kind of stress on a pregnant, lactating, or caretaking body. The user who claimed to be a fellow mom said that the whole world full of decent humans feels embarrassed for Foley’s manager or whichever authority decided this was okay.
