Singer Lisa Marie Presley, the only daughter of rock 'n' roll legend Elvis Presley, passed away at the age of 54 due to cardiac arrest on Thursday, January 12.

Lisa Marie Presley suffered a cardiac arrest in her home in the Los Angeles suburb of Calabasas, and she was immediately rushed to the hospital. The musician passed away on Thursday at the age of 54.
"It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us," said her mother Priscilla Presley in a statement. According to the latest update, Marie Presley's death is linked to a weight loss surgery she had earlier got done. The bariatric surgery led to a small bowel obstruction in her case, causing fatal complications.

- Lisa Marie Presley is an American singer-songwriter. She was born in 1968 and was the only child of singer-actor Elvis Presley and actor Priscilla Presley.
- She became the sole heir to her father's estate after his demise in 1977.

Her fourth marriage was with her music producer and guitarist, Michael Lockwood, in 2006. They divorced in 2021.
