Anita, who has Indian roots, purchased the property for $8.55 million (Rs 72.04 crore) on Diwali in an off-market deal. She celebrated the purchase with a traditional Hindu puja by the pool, presided over by a priest, and shared moments from the ceremony on her Instagram.

We knew it was ‘the one’ and decided to write an offer on it immediately.”
She also noted her intention to maintain some of Perry’s unique design elements, stating, “The Batman logo in the pool is definitely staying.” She concluded, “It’s a piece of paradise that is filled with light and the perfect vacation home for us. Can’t wait to make new memories in it.”
