One of India's foremost film stylists, she began her styling career when most people didn't know what styling was.
Bollywood first took notice of her when she styled Dhoom 2 but it was her flawless styling for the film Cocktail that cemented her reputation as a leading stylist.
Having worked at leading publications such as Elle India and L'officiel before joining Vogue, Anaita has over 20 years of experience.
A council member for India’s first Vogue Fashion Fund awards held in 2013, Anaita has also served as a motivational speaker at several colleges within India. Through her job at Vogue and her personal styling consultancy Style Cell, she has also mentored several popular celebrity stylists today.
She has received various accolades including the ‘Best Fashion Stylist of the Year’ award at the IIFAs in 2005 and 2006. She has also been recognised as the most stylish Bollywood designer at the MTV Lycra Awards in 2007 and received an award for ‘Best Costume Design’ in 2007 and 2010 at the IIFAs.
