Women probably outnumber the men at NDTV says Sonia Singh, Managing Editor of the English Channel. She says there is need to focus on female talent across media not just broadcast as "diversity brings reality" to the working atmosphere. "50 per cent of the world we live in is made up of women, I think we need to reflect that reality."
