Ruchita Dar Shah set up First Moms Club with the objective of finding the woman behind the mother. Her platform aims to connect moms who are also busy working as entrepreneurs, teachers, in corporate roles or otherwise. Juggling motherhood and being career women without being judged for their balancing act - that's what connects the women who joined her. Dar is growing her platform to build a strong community across borders.
