Why Men Have Hard Time In Accepting Women's Authority In Workplace? 

It's a well-known fact that the world is just full of the acolytes of patriarchy and men full of toxic masculinity. It makes men's eyes burn when women are in a state of authority, may it be at home or the workplace. Many times women's capabilities and strengths are neglected. Men think of the authority of women as a threat to their toxic masculinity. Hence, they have a false perception that men must always lead, and women must always follow. However, this is nothing more than a stupid quote and I assure you!

The internalised misogyny among the population around the globe since ancient times has always made it harder for women to come out of the box and lead the pack. Women are made to believe, they are submissive princesses who need to be protected and kept away from the position of authority. But, why is it so hard for men to accept the authority of women over them? Cause as much as the world knows, leadership skills aren't meant just for a particular gender.

Men Fail To Accept Authority Of Women

It's not always the case that every man is afraid of a women's authority over them or their success, with the changing time and increasing values of women in leadership roles, men are comprehending the fact that women can be leaders too, although we are taking baby steps towards it, the change can be foreseen. Instead of thinking that men should lead and women should follow, one must cultivate the idea inside their mind that, both can lead and both can follow.
