Why Women In US Picking Gig Jobs Despite Being Paid Less?

The report released by Legal & General Group revealed that there was a gender pay gap of 32% among gig workers with women being worried more about their career and future because of being less paid as compared to their male counterparts. This gap shows that we are still far from our dreams of equal work, and equal pay.
