Goa Goes Pink, Woos First-Time Women Voters With Teddy Bears

Women who voted for the first time in the Goa assembly polls today won pink teddy bears. About 40 women-only booths -- decorated with pink balloons and manned by security officials clad in pink -- were set up to draw women voters.
