In A First For India, Set up by Thane Civic Body, Women Now Have A Period Room

The wall in the communal bathroom was decorated in various colours to encourage good sanitation and hygiene. In order to build knowledge, they already provide a list of important information about menstruation. The period rooms were built by Recycle bin to address the needs of women living in slum regions.
