Kerala IPS Officer Crosses International Borders To Arrest Child Rape Accused

When IPS Merin Joseph learned that a man accused of allegedly raping a 13 year old in Kerala had been nabbed in Saudi Arabia, she crossed international borders to bring the criminal back. The man has also became the first person to be extradited for a crime committed in Kerala.
