Kudos! Karnataka HC Grant Surrogacy To A Man Over 55 Years

Last week, the Karnataka High Court directed the state Surrogacy Board to consider the surrogacy plea of a Bengaluru-based couple. Since the man was 57 years old, the court put forth "triple test" to grant the plea.
