Man Arrested For Filming Gang Rape Of Toddlers In Texas Mall Restroom

The FBI has apprehended 29-year-old Arthur Hector Fernandez III, a former employee of the Houston Galleria, for the heinous crime of filming himself and six others gang-raping two toddlers in a restroom of the popular shopping mall.
