Who is Shinata Chauhan?In Mumbai on July 3, Miss India 2022 pageant's grand finale took place. Rubal Shekhawat of Rajasthan was named the pageant's first runner-up, while Sini Shetty of Karnataka was named Miss India 2022. Shinata Chauhan, also from Uttar Pradesh, was named the second runner-up for Miss India 2022.

Shinata Chauhan shot to fame when she was named the Femina Miss India 2022 Second Runner Up, winning everyone's hearts in the process. She did everything possible to prepare for the ultimate honour of representing her state with pride. Read to know more about her.

Who Is Shinata Chauhan?

Shinata Chauhan, 21, who represented Uttar Pradesh in Miss India 2022 competition, was named the second runner-up.

She was crowned as Miss Teen India Exquisite at the age of 16, and she later represented India at the USA's Exquisite International Pageant, where she finished as the first runner-up.

Shinata attended the Cambridge School in New Delhi. She received her degree from Gargi College at Delhi University. She was the seven-year school topper and received the highest grade in her class for the class 10 CBSE board exams. Additionally, she received medals in the math and science Olympiads, and she was chosen to serve as the cultural secretary.

Shinata began her modelling career in 2016. She then competed in and won Miss Teen India Exquisite. She then competed for India in the Exquisite International Pageant in the United States and was named First Runner Up. She made her debut in the Femina Miss India competition in 2019 and placed in the Top 6.

She enjoys exploring new places, picking up new skills, dancing, listening to music, playing sports and games, going on adventures, spending time in nature, and having philosophical talks.

The pageant queen has collaborated with many companies and designers. At the 2019 Delhi Times Fashion Week, she walked for eight different designers. She made her first public appearance in support of the disabled while serving as a guest during Samarthanam's inauguration.

"It's my second time winning the title of Femina Miss India Uttar Pradesh, previously in 2019 and now in 2022. I am extremely humbled and have tears in my eyes when I say, 'it is a life-changing journey, and I can not thank god enough for another opportunity because twice doesn't come easy.' This chance has not only increased my belief in my hard work, and it made me much stronger," she told India Times in an interview.
