Ahead of the Indian Idol 12 Grand Finale, Sayli Kamble expressed her feelings about the show and said, "I have always believed that the journey is more important than the destination. Similarly, my time in Indian Idol 12 has taught me a lot."

She added, "When I came to the show, I would be nervous before my performance. Today, I am a confident person, and I think the show has transformed all of us into our better versions. Everyone right now is at their confident best, and we can’t wait to be in the finale.
The Indian Idol 12 Finale is going to be held as a 12-hour music ceremony on Independence Day, August 15. The performances unlike other days would be sung online.
Who is Sayli Kamble?
- Kamble was born in 1997 and was brought up in a middle-class family setting in Mumbai. Her father is an Ambulance driver while her mother is a homemaker.
- Sayli Kamble was renamed Sayli Kishor Kamble by the veteran music composer Anand Ji.
- Sayli had her interest in singing since childhood and her parents supported her in this hobby which later turned into her passion. Sayli became a trained classical singer with the help of her parents very early in her life and started showcasing her talent through competitions, concerts and events.
- She has also participated in the Voice of India show as well as the Gaurav Maharashtracha show which is a Marathi singing reality show.
- She received recognition as a Marathi singer and performed at multiple concerts across Maharashtra.
- Apart from her career in singing, Sayli also holds a Master degree in Science specialising in Statistics.
- Her Hindi singing journey began when she participated in the singing reality show Indian Idol 12. She became the first person to win the Golden microphone. And now is one of the Top 10 singers who are entering the Finale on August 15.
