Hizb-ul-Mujahideen is an militant group operating in Kashmir. Bibi hails from Bandipora, Kashmir and had gone to Pakistan with her father when she was just four years of age. Here is what we know about her:
Who Is Razia Bibi?
At the time of her marriage in 2008, she knew that she was marrying a person affiliated to a terrorist outfit. However, her husband was killed by security personnel in 2018 in an encounter at Hyderpora. Since then she, along with her family, has not been living a decent life in Pakistan.
Clad in a black Kashmiri embroidered burqa and cream shawl, Razia Bibi, returned to India after her husband was killed in an encounter.
After the death of her husband, Razia along with her mother had to do daily chores at someone else's home to earn money so that children could be sent to schools.

She returned to India from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir(POK) after the terror organisation abandoned the family of dead soldier.
Bibi has been quoted saying that - lives of youth of Kashmir is ruined by misusing the name of Islam. She also complained against negligence by Pakistan government regarding their own citizen.
As per her interview released by ANI, the government could not take care of Pakistani citizen and so they did not have expectation from the officials to have sympathy for people who had gone from India.

Coming back to in India, brings sense of satisfaction in her and she says," I can sleep properly here, and my children are happy too."
She also urged the youngsters to not get swayed by terrorist recruiters and warns them that after their death no one takes care of the family and leave them altogether.
