Radhika Merchant was born on December 18, 1994, so in 2022 she will be 28 years old. She is the daughter of Viren Merchant, the CEO of Encore Healthcare, and Shaila Merchant. Anjali Merchant, her younger sister, is her other sibling.

Merchant attended Cathedral and John Connon Schools in Mumbai, as well as École Mondiale World School. She also studied at BD Somani International School for her IB Diploma. She earned a bachelor's degree in politics and economics from New York University. She returned to India and began working as a sales professional for a major real estate firm.

It's known as Arangetram, a Tamil word that denotes the dancer's completion of training to perform classical dance on stage and instruct others.

Radhika Merchant's Arangetram is slated for June 5, and her Arangetram invitation cards have appeared online. A fan page on Instagram published the floral print pink invitations. The event's grand invitations have been distributed, and she will perform at the Grand Theatre in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex, Jio World Centre, on June 5. Her Arangetram is being organised by her parents, Viren and Shaila Merchant, as well as Mukesh and Nita Ambani, her future in-laws. Her rumoured boyfriend, Anant Ambani, is also mentioned in the invitation.

She was also spotted by the media in the city a few days ago when she posed for photographers outside Manish Malhotra's store. According to reports, Merchant is expected to wear Manish Malhotra's design for her Arangetram.
