Who Is Pratyusha Paul: The Television actor made headlines this week after she filed a complaint with Kolkata Police's cyber cell regarding online harassment. The actor alleged that she received rape threats from a particular person.

As per reports, the actor has been receiving rape threats since July 2020. This time she got the message at 6 pm on Saturday and then on Sunday at 10 am. The actor told a news channel that she blocked the user thirty times but the perpetrator made new accounts every time and continued sending Paul rape threats. She also claimed that morphed pictures of her were shared on social media.

The cyber cell of Kolkata police had started the investigation in the case and has sent an email to the social media site in question to share details of the perpetrator sending rape threats to Paul via an anonymous account.
