Who Is Nikita Rawal? Actor Robbed On Gun Point In Delhi

Actor Nikita Rawal was allegedly robbed off seven lakh rupees in New Delhi's Shastri Nagar area.

According to a report, the actor was in the national capital for a shoot and was staying with her aunt. She was attacked by a group of people who allegedly pointed out a gun at her and demanded the money. They were reportedly wearing marks and took Rawal hostage.

Speaking to Pinkvilla, the actor said that she is not able to get out of the trauma and can't believe that she is alive. "I would have died if I didn’t fight it …I literally locked myself in the wardrobe to save myself ..I was home alone. My aunt was also not there. It's the most traumatic incident of my life," she said. The actor has filed a police complaint and the investigation in underway, according to reports.

• Rawal is an actor who was seen in the film Garam Masala starring Akshay Kumar and John Abraham.
• She was also seen in film starring Anil Kapoor and Shefali Shah in Black &White. Some of her other films are The Hero Abhimanyu, Mr Hot Mr Cool, Amma Ki Boli and others.
• The actor is going to be seen in a film titled Roti Kapda Aur Romance while will also have Arshad Warsi and Chunky Pandey in lead roles.
• Rawal was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She has worked in many South Indian Films including her works in Tollywood film industry. She has reportedly received eight awards so far.
• The actor was also part of a film based on social causes and derived from a government initiatives which was produced by Innocent Virus.
• She was given the MidDay Icon Award for her social work and the content she produced.
