What You Should Know About Actor Nazriya Nazim, Who Is Married To Malik Star Fahadh Faasil

Nazriya Nazim: Fahadh Faasil's much anticipated political drama Malik has premiered on the OTT on July 15. The film is directed by Mahesh Narayanan who is known for directing the film C U Soon, which was produced by actor Nazriya Nazim. For the uninitiated, Nazim is married to Faasil, who was also one of the leads in CU Soon.

Nazim is an actor and producer in Tamil and Malayalam language films. Before making her debut in the film industry, Nazim worked as an anchor on the Malayalam television channel Asianet. Even though her first film as a lead actor in the Malayalam film industry was the 2013 movie Maad Dad, she actually started working in films as a child artist, beginning her journey in 2006 with Palunku.

The actor met Fahadh Faasil on the set of the film Bangalore Days, in which they played the role of husband and wife. Nazim and Faasil got engaged in February 2014 and got married to each other in August the same year. The couple previously revealed that their parents played an important role in their marriage.

Moving to India from UAE and turning into a actor

Before moving to Thiruvananthapuram, Nazim and her family lived in Al Ain, UAE, where she finished her school education. The actor continued her higher education in Thiruvananthapuram but reportedly left college due to her tight shooting schedules.

Nazim has acted in both Tamil and Malayalam films including Neram, Raja Rani, Naiyaandi, Salalah Mobiles, Ohm Shanthi Oshaana, Vaayai Moodi Pesavum, Bangalore Days, Thirumanam Enum Nikkah among others. She made her debut as a producer with the Malayalam film Varathan and has also produced Kumbalangi Nights and C U Soon.

She also made her debut as a singer in 2014 with the Song La La Lasa for the film Salalah Mobiles and has also given her voice in films like Bangalore Days and Varathan.
