Who is Lakshmipriya Chandramouli?
Lakshmipriyaa Chandramouli was born into a Tamil household. She worked as an HR specialist for a corporate organisation after earning her master's from the Madras School of Social Work.
Chandramouli began working with a theatre company Evam because she wanted to explore "something more artistic." She described it as "a great platform where I could readily discover how things transitioned from paper to performance," even though she was never able to participate in their performances due to her busy job schedule.
Magizh Thirumeni, the director of the movie Mundhinam Paartheney, approached her as she was selling tickets for one of Evam's plays and asked her to play a supporting role. She took a leave of absence from her job to film the movie for ten days.
