An upcoming Tamil film titled Sembi is slated for release on December 30, 2022. Kovai Sarala, Ashwin Kumar Lakshmikanthan, Thambi Ramaiah, and Prasanna will play the lead roles in the film, which is directed by Prabhu Solomon.
A bus, its 24 passengers, and their eventful trip from Kodaikanal to Dindigul are the focus of Sembi, a movie that is billed as a road drama. The majority of the movie has been shot in buses in places like Madurai, Dindigul, and Kodaikanal while simultaneously being shot in both Tamil and Telugu.
The second trailer for the movie has now been released by the filmmakers after the first one debuted in June. The second trailer has been unveiled by actor Dhanush, while the first one was released by Selvaraghavan.

The trailer opens with Kovai Sarala and child actor Nila's conversation about the young girl's desire to become a doctor. The intriguing ">trailer offers a peek into Sembi's world and shows that Sarala's character will be the main focus of the movie.
The actor Kovai Sarala, a multiple award winner, will portray a 90-year-old grandmother. Both Nila, a 10-year-old child artist, and veteran actor-director Thampi Ramaiah, who plays a bus conductor, play important roles in the movie.
