Southern actor Jeevitha Rajasekhar's name has cropped up in a Rs 26 crores fraud case, filed by a film producer. The complaint against Rajasekhar and her husband was filed by Jyo Star Enterprises founder Koteswara Raju and his wife.
As per the accusations, Jeevitha and her husband had taken finance from the producer by guaranteeing their property as collateral. However, the producer has alleged that the couple recently transferred the collateral to a new name and sold it. This transaction was apparently unknown to the producer.
The producer and his wife further stated that they have all the required documents, cheques and promissory notes that were given to them by the Tollywood star couple. They have decided on taking the matter up legally, thus filing a number of cases against Jeevitha and Rajasekhar.

To this, Jeevitha's advocate said that Rajasekhar is unwell and therefore has asked the court to keep the hearing on May 5 this year. However, neither Jeevitha nor Rajasekhar have responded to the allegations as of yet.
