Bernard Arnault is the father of five and his only daughter is Delphine Arnault. The Arnaults are french and Bernard Arnault started his career with an engineering degree and worked in a family firm and then in real estate development. In 1984 Arnault bought Christian Dior which was owned by a failing textile company and eventually landed a big stake in the combined companies of Louis Vuitton and Moet Hennessy (LVMH) and turned it into a luxury group. The 73-year-old became one of the richest men with the LVMH conglomerate which had thousands of stores all around the world.

Delphine Arnault is the first child and only daughter of Bernard Arnault. Delphine was born in 1975 to Bernard and Anne Dewavrin. Starting her career as a consultant, she worked at an international strategy consultancy firm McKinsey for two years. Delphine's entrance to the fashion industry happened with designer John Galliano's company which she helped to develop in 2000. Moving on, in the next year, Delphine joined the Executive Committee of Christian Dior Couture where she was titled as the Deputy Managing Director. She stayed in this with this service for the next 12 years. According to the LVMH website, Delphine joined Louis Vuitton as the Executive Vice President in September 2013. She is in charge of supervising all of Louis Vuitton’s product-related activities says the official site. Not just that Delphine Arnault is a member of the LVMH Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee.

The other children of Bernard Arnault includes his eldest son Antoine Arnault, and he has three others with his second wife Helene Marcier who are Alexandre Arnault, Frederic Arnault and Jean Arnault. Antoine Arnault is the CEO of Christian Dior SE and the vice chairman of its board of directors. While Alexandre Arnault serves as an executive at Tiffany & Co., Frederic Arnault is the chief executive of TAG Heuer and Jean Arnault, the youngest of all takes care of marketing and product development for Louis Vuitton’s watches division.
