A 28-year-old woman hailing from South Korea spent 48 lakh rupees on surgery so she could look more like Kim Kardashian. The woman, Cherrie Lee called Kardashian “the most beautiful woman in the world” and underwent 15 surgeries to look like her.

Cherrie Lee spent 48 lakh rupees on surgeries and went under the knife 15 times since she turned 20 to look like Kim Kardashian. She said that people find it hard to believe she’s from South Korea. Lee added that some of her Korean family members don’t recognise her anymore.

• Cherrie Lee is a 28-year-old and hails from South Korea. Her birth name is Hanbyeol and she is a part-time English teacher.
• Lee has idolised the media personality, Kim Kardashian, for years. She said, “Kim has always been an inspiration to me and she’s the most beautiful woman in the world, in my eyes.”
• Lee spent 48 lakh rupees on surgeries to alter her face and body so she looked more like her idol.
• Since the age of 20, she has undergone 15 surgeries. She got three Brazilian butt lifts, two breast augmentations, a cheekbone surgery, and multiple facial surgeries.
• Reportedly, she has no regrets about her surgeries and has “achieved the look I always wanted”. She added that her only regret was that she did not undergo the surgeries earlier.
• She first decided to change her look after a hard breakup in the early 2010s that lowered her self-confidence. Her ex-boyfriend reportedly wants to give their relationship another shot, but Lee said, “I’m too good for him now and I’m getting a higher calibre of men approaching me.”
