Elaine Bredehoft recently made news when she was reported to have shown a witness, Morgan Tremaine, a former TMZ employee while questioning him at the stand, in a bad light. Reportedly he was asked to share his interactions with the Amber Heard/Johnny Depp relationship back in 2016. Elaine Bredehoft alleged that he was trying to get his “15 minutes of fame.” while he was testifying, and that didn't go well with the witness, who clapped back at her.
