Former Miss India and actor, Aditi Arya, recently tied the knot with Jay Kotak, the son of billionaire Uday Kotak and co-head of Kotak811. Their grand wedding reportedly took place in Mumbai. According to the reports, the wedding was an intimate affair, attended by close friends and family.
Jay shared a photo from the ceremony on X (formerly Twitter). While Jay Kotak is wearing white sherwani, a traditional wedding ethnic wear, Arya is dressed in a red-coloured lehenga.

Even though the couple has maintained a relatively private relationship, earlier this year, Jay Kotak publicly celebrated Arya's successful completion of her MBA at Yale University with a heartfelt message.

Aditi Arya is renowned for her 2015 Miss India title, representing India at Miss World, and showcasing her acting talent in Bollywood films and television. She played a significant role in the 2022 Bollywood film 83, which depicted India's historic victory at the 1983 Cricket World Cup.

She was born in the Indian union territory of Chandigarh on September 18, 1993. She studied at Sacred Hearts School and then moved to Gurgaon. There she completed her schooling at Amity International School. She then went on to pursue her graduation from Delhi University. She holds a finance major degree in business studies from Shahid Sukhdev College Of Business Studies. Aditi then got enrolled in the Indian School of Business through their Young Leaders Programme.
Early Career
While Aditi Arya was still in the Indian School of Business, she grabbed the opportunity to work with Ernst & Young as a research analyst. Meanwhile, Aditi also engaged herself in non-profit programs and groups. She was a part of Amitasha, Supported Decision Making and Protsahan. She was also a part of street theatre groups and performed plays on social topic like sensitivity towards specially abled.
Aditi Arya went on to take part in Femina Miss India 2015 where she was announced the winner. After being titled Femina Miss India, she went ahead to represent India in 65th Miss world pageant in the year 2015.
Movies
Like many beauty pageant queens, Aditi Arya also moved her attention to cinema. She made her film debut in 2016 with a Tollywood movie Ism starring opposite Nandamuri Kalyan Ram. The movie was a hit, appreciated by public and critics. She was a part of South Indian movies like Seven, Kurukshetra and Ninnu Vadili Nenu Polenule.
Aditi Arya also played the female protagonist in Tantra, a Hindi language web series by Vikram Bhatt released in 2017. She also starred in another web series by Vikram Bhatt, Spotlight 2 along with actor Karan Grover in 2017. Another Hindi language work by Aditi was Unlock in 2020. She became a part of the star studded cast of Kabir Khan's big project 83. She stars opposite Saqib Saleem, who plays Mohinder Amarnath as his wife, Inderjit Amarnath.
