Where to watch Hing Pustak Talwar: Seven friends from different backgrounds will come together to showcase friendship and struggles of adulting in the digital age. The trailer of Hing Pustak Talwar, released recently, promises to showcase the journey of seven friends, each with different problems and personalities and priorities. Is a WiFi connection more important than buying a water heater? What's the correct way to celebrate New Year's Eve? Hing Pustak Talwar promises to answer many such pertinent questions and more.

The web-series brings us seven friends- Akshay (played by Shaunak Chandorkar) is a corporate employee unhappy with his job, Amit (Sushant Ghadge) is torn between his girlfriend and boss, Amrita (Ketaki Kulkarni) is too naive for the world that she lives in, Sameer (Kshitij Date) is eager to get married and Pandey (Alok Rajwade) is the only one who seems to have figured it all out. The series also features porn addict Kaustubh (Neel Salekar) and Sanika (Manasi Bhawalkar) who is always practical about her life. These seven people with totally contrasting personalities somehow become friends. Now, what will happen next? Find out on August 31 when the show releases on a regional OTT platform.

Hing Pustak Talwar will have a direct OTT release on Planet Marathi OTT from August 31.

One of the strong feats of the show is its casting. Actor Sushant Ghadge is one of the most popular Marathi digital content creators. He is working in the Marathi entertainment industry for the last five years. Kulkarni, who has been seen in the show Deva Shree Ganesha and RadhaKrishn, has been roped in for the show. Date, who is also a theatre artist has worked in many plays, television shows and movies. He rose to fame with the popular Marathi film Mulshi Pattern where he played the character of Ganya. Actor-director Alok Rajwade has appeared in films like Kaasav and directed films such as Ashleel Udyog Mitra Mandal. Salekar is a filmmaker and content creator while Bhawalkar is known for the 2016 film WHY - A Father's Betrayal. More Marathi shows here.
