An acclaimed crime drama series called Delhi Crime has returned for a second season, which is now accessible on the OTT platform. The show was quickly renewed when it premiered two years ago. Shefali Shah, Rasika Duggal, and Rajesh Tailang all played leading roles in the first season of Delhi Crime, which debuted to positive reviews. The first and only Indian TV show to ever receive an International Emmy, the show won the Outstanding Drama Series award in 2020.

The second season's trailer hinted at DCP Vartika Chaturvedi, a.k.a. "Madam Sir," and her trusty squad returning. This time, a spate of horrific murders in Delhi keeps them on their toes. The focus of their investigation is the "kaccha-baniya" gang, which consists of criminals who commit robberies and murders by pouring oil on their bodies. The public's concern increases, and Madam Sir is pressured to make some difficult choices as the media demands explanations.

The cast includes Rasika Dugal, Rajesh Tailang, Adil Hussain, Anurag Arora, Aakash Dahiya, Sidharth Bhardwaj, Gopal Dutt, Danish Husain, and Yashaswini Dayama.

Shefali Shah states, "There isn't really any competition there, so this doesn't have to compare. I am quite proud of what we have produced, and this just needs to be good in its own right. It can seem easy to draw comparisons, but I sincerely ask that you give each situation its fair chance before making your choice. We have no control over how the audience will react.  But don’t burden it with something else, which is not fair."
